Just cut out my middle silencer, and I thought it would be louder, but hell its not! :o Is it the fact that the back box silences too much then? Literally no difference at all!!!!! :evil:

IF you look down the inside of the silencer there aren't many holes in to the sound deadening, so no it deosn't take much sound away from the exhaust. but it's less weight so that always helps

i have just been putting a new system on mine, and while the backbox was off i took it out for a spin - bloody hell ive never heard anything so loud - it was popping and spitting like mad, probaly flamed as well :lol:
