They are not legal I'm afraid... the fashion police will be after you if you put them on a nova

LOL @ the replies!

I gotta admit...I always thought Angel eyes looked shite on most road cars.

but seen some on Ebay today for the Mk2 Fiesta..and I have to admit, I'm tempted! Just wish they were a bit brighter..... :?

yeah, well i brought mine from ebay, i saw the pic that you have posted and thought i have never seen a nova with them, so i'll get them ive got them fitted now and they do look good, like you have said though, they are not as bright as they could be, but im still happy with them.

They have to break the seal between the bowl and the lens. I think they either heat it off....or just BREAK it.
Once it's in...I think it's merely a matter of fixing the actual angel eyes into the bowl and then wiring it onto the original sidelight connector...which is dead straightforward and easy

If you're confident enough, you could do it yourself......
Check out the DIY guide here (http://www.johns306.com/guides/angel_eyes.htm)

Means you could do it with Whatever colour LED's you fancy...or as many...so you could have them well bright. Could probably do it cheaper than the ebay price of 50quid too! :?

*edit* also gotta add....had a quick discussion about em on xrtwo.com and the growing opinion is that they'd fail an MOT. Reason being that the two plastic rings are sited directly infront of the bulb, and will thus obscure the dip beam. If they do pass an MOT however...be prepared to have slightly dimmer night driving (and personally I like the road well bright, hence a couple of 80/100w bulbs). Just thought I'd letcha know! ;)

well, me being dumb.lol.i didnt know that you could 'make' a pair yourself, so i brought them off ebay for ?50!!! then it is just the same as the ones you 'make' all you do is replace you're existing lights with these and then wire the ring into you're sidelights. however one problem that i did encounter (and invisage) was that once fitted, the headlights needed re-alligning, but as i had thought about this, i had marked my beam in my garage before and when checked them, they were well out. dint take long to sort though and looks MINT!
