When you hit the NoS button your vision went blurry and a metal plate that's rivetted to your floor started to pop the rivets out one by one until it fell out for no reason at all causing a big trail of sparks as you zoomed down the high street before falling out completly leaving you to look at the tarmac speeding beneath you through the new hole in your floor whilst thousand and thousands of people lined the street just to watch.

Down the 1/4 the Standard Civic runs around 14.9 IIRC, mine ran 14.4 on the same day, but on the (private) road they are pretty much the same apart from 100mph+ where the nova pulls away.

everyone goes on bout cossies being so rapid, yes there are a few out there that have been tuned that are very quick but most of them ive seen down the 1/4mile only do 15s a a few have done 16s hardly something im scared of.

2 of my mates have had serious power Cossies and owned and drove many others, they laugh @ me in a Nova and i took one out in my first valver (wich was a slow example) and we wasted a 300ZX T and he was amazed how well it shifted.

When i got another one he begged me to go and race his mates Rousso Saphire and to be honest it was a dead heat but his car was acclaimed to be 400+BHP.

Cosworth are great and with very little work can be made rapid, but it dosent mean that everyone who drives them can deal with it and there not unbeatable.
