Got a new headunit yest went 2install it and it keeps blowin the fuses in the back of the headunit and one time it didnt blow the fuse the headunit started 2smoke?any ideas any1?

dead short id say mate i ie live is touchin neutral some where have you got the correct wires in the right place

ie live to live
earth to earth ect

could also be speaker wires touching something, I blew my CD player when the speaker wires were touchin something.

i blew bout 3 fuses on mine until i realised the thick brown wire was the earth but my wiring was copied from my mates sri which was obviously different to mine :roll:
