Bloody hell, i just got my insurance renewel quote, ?540 TPFT. Sounds ok, so i phone them to declare all my mods which i hadn't told them last year, which they tell me will put it up to ?580, still sounds ok but then they told me the excess is a compusary ?550!!!! does anyone else have excess this high? :(

that is a messed up excess amount that. You have already told em about the mods so there wont be any going back on it I doubt.

U might aswell insure it third party fire and theft then mate.Or even third party.cheaper insurance and if u d spank it looks like ur payin for fixin it urself anyway!!
