1.3 or 1.2 head?

guys,
i have the oppertunity to buy a 1.3s engine from a 1990 kadett. i believe this is the same as the nova 1.3 sr ohc engine yes?

the reason for this question is that should i buy this engine to use the head and inlet manifold to put on a 1.4 sr bottom end or should i wait for a 1.2 head. which head is better?

i defo need the inlet of the 1.3 for twin forties yes?

1.3 or 1.6 manifold for 40's


you can get the 1.3 head and skim it ;) and a bit of porting

or get a 1.2 (there are pleanty about) head
