i just got myself a volvo 440 1.8 turbo for 150 quid and the engine is mint. its going to be my runnaround for a few months while i take the nova engine out and rebuild it, paint the engine bay and get all new bits.

i put an old k+n filter off my old injection set up and a dump valve, just wound the boost up quite a bit too and it only just goes up to the red on the standard guage. got to admit tho for a standard lump it goes really well. (127bhp standard, with my mods has to be about 140bhp now.) i love how easy it is to get a bit of power from turboed cars lol

Normal t5's are 225bhp, T5-Rs are 250
can see over 300bhp on the R's with chip, filter, zaust...got no idea what that thing has done to it! lol
