Hello people I'm new to this Forum. I have had 5 novas before my Astra and will be getting another one next year. I want a 2.0l 16 valve GSI in white or red. I am having to get a Nova again because I'm buying a house so the Nova is more afordable. Will be sad to see my astra turbo go :cry: seen some nice valvers at USC last weekend all putting in good times ( under 15 secs ) can anybody tell me what a standard XE'd nova will do down the standing quarter?

all seem to be in the 14secs then, thats cool. I have had a 1.0, 1.2 litre, 2 SR's and a GSI. My F plate SR was the most modded, with twin 40's, Irmsher cam, Big valve head, re-bore, Corbue seats, Evo r's, G-max shocks. The engine was built at ASW motorsport. I will try and find some pics for you lot.

i ran 14.6 in my standard xe, but then i added some cams and a lightened the flywheel an only managed a 14.5 but the end speed was a lot quicker. Nice looking astra, im sure ive seen this before at santa pod.
