choke

Hi lads, Ive got a 1.4L. The problem is the choke keeps sticking which is making it run like a pile of shit (my mate in a 1.1 pug 106 thrashed me) how do i fix it? Its a pieburg 2E3 carb is thats any use!

if the choke isn't out then there shouldn't be a problem :?:
if it was out when it was "sticky" then put it in. lol

u can't simply 'push' the pierburg 2e3m choke back in because its an auto choke.

common problem with 2e3's autochokes. get a manual conversion kit (about ?35) or buy a weber 32/34 (?50 - ?200).

or unplug the yellow and black wire goin to the choke - but it wont start or run good untill car has warmed up :?
