I have a microm aluminium round rolled thing on mine.

It is a really nice sound, it burbles on idle and creates a deep roar over 4000rpm.

Also on slowing in gear it is great at 3000rpm just burbles its heart away.

i made my exhaust from a ford grenada (spelling) system. its 2" so ideal for most NA applications really. i just used an old tail pipe a mate of mine had lying arround to finish it off and it sounds lovely. cant hear it over the carbs but has just enough noise to sound nice. and if you blip the throttle and change down a gear it kicks out a lovely loud pop sometimes.

I got the can from my mates scrap corner, and used some old exhaust piping bends to fit it with my own welder so it costed an hours work. I dunno how much the backboxes are supposed to be, if you get one I don't mind fabricating one on there for you.
