ive been offerered a engine transplant for 3500 from my 1.2 carb to a LET which includes engine and strengthening and a bay respray

Am i getting ripped off, i know it is more expensive as its carbs to injection, ive only been promised 150 bhp i thought it would be more

you mat a c20LET? 2.0ltr 16v TURBO?if they are getting the engine(whitch has been rebulit) for you then that probly sounds about right. 150bhp it poor for a LET as they are a tutch over 200bhp as standard.

thats what i thought, i will have a word with them, how much did people on here pay?

Is there anyone close to birmingham that would help, i would do it myself but im worried about the carbs to injection transfer.

sure they're not on about the C20XE?
They are 155bhp ish standard, but ?3500 is way way too much.
