View Full Version : CAT help on X16XE
Right, do I need one?
My Nova is a 85-C plate and the engine is out of 97 Tigra.
Will a back hander be in order?

Right, do I need one?
no
if the car is registered in 93 then yes, if not then no.
Corsaport is the worst site on earth and if you listen to them your in trouble.
Ste, what is the reason for me not needing a CAT?
You know anywhere that will MOT it and not give me any jipp?
Everywhere will MOT it and not give you gip. it clearly states in the MOT manual that the car is tested on the oldest part - the shell or the engine. In this case it will be 1985

Oii dickhead, the search facilty on this site is about as usefull as a choclate teapot.
Anyway, I have been told different stories by different people so though I would ask on here.
Get off your high horse.

there is a valid point there.
If the search facility was fixed then you would stop getting questions pop up that were discussed a week earlier!
Is there no way for admin to sort this or are they just being LAZY?
Snowface you do know that Admin do other things apart from moderate on here? Besides probably only Kev has access to that. It is also not just a simple "lets turn that on" feature.
I am almost certain that even if the search facility is initialised properly the same questions would pop up, because people are lazy and wouldn't bother to search.
Anyway, i locked this topic so stop posting
