Please help my headunit wont work, every time i turn the ignition on it blows a fuse? whats wrong wi it?

Bit vague but at a guess you have the yellow and red wires on the back the wrong way around. Most have a connector, just swap them and see. It doesn't have to be red-red etc. Try yellow-red.

id more likely say u have a live to earth fault make sure u have the correct wires like live to live and earth to earth ect

i had this with mine a few weeks back, turned out to be i had removed the bulb from the overhead light thing but left it connected so it was shorting out all the time on the metal underneath the head lining.
