Wot wire becomes live from the wiper stalk when u turn on the rear wiper?

I want to install a switch on this wire so to open my boot u have to turn on the rear wiper then press a switch.

on the rear wiper black is the permanent live and blue intermittent live. so cut the ble and join in it with wire from solenoid with a bullet thing
