Rite my c/l on my gsi dont work.It used 2 but not anymore when i push the door pin down the little black box makes a clickin sound but the pass door pin dont move.what could the problem be?

if the passanger door pin is stiff then the solanoid wont be able to move it. if this is the case then removing the door card and spraying abit of WD might do the trick. if that aint it then the wire between the door and the car may have got trapped and broken, replacing that may fix it EDITED because of unreadable english

i have the exact same problem mate, as soon as i try to lock the car the box makes a ticking sound and nothing happens, at the moment i have just disconnected the lot and i have had a look around - all the wires/fuses are fine, the solenoids can move freely and have been given some WD40 just in case - i had a problem with it before and all it needed was some WD40 - all i can think of is that it is something gone wrong inside the little black box.

1st thing to do is get another working box and try that

2nd check all wiring with meter, hold on the brown with white tracer or brown with red tracer and earth and check you have a surge coming down when you lock and unlock, white for lock red for unlock iirc.

course then it narrows to bad connection to solenoid or foobarred solenoid.

Also the drivers will not actuate with the door open so close the catch with a screwdriver. Dunno why but mine wouldn't. works fine otherwise.

i had tht prob but, my would go down and wount come bk up again.

i replaced the cables and the box and it works fine now.
