Torque setting on GSi

Just checkin to find the best method to torque my Gsi head on, is the haynes way the best?

Stage1 30nm
Stage2 60 degrees
Stage3 60 degrees
Stage4 60 degrees

Should this all be done when the engine is cold?

Also fuel lines on gsi how do i know which is in and which is return?

Took my head settings from haynes so haven't seen any contrasting values. Mine is still ok!

And yes, cold unless otherwise stated.

The feed will be the larger diameter, or just follow it from the pump!

they should be the same diameter so follow them from the pump. if you haven't already dismantled them, put tape round the 2 ends of one of them in the place you disconnect them (does that make sense? lol) so its easier when you come to refit them.
