40mm or 60mm??

Ive got a set of 38mm offset 16" alloys.

the original isdea was to slam it 60mm for ?75ish but by following ESP design (http://www.espdesign.co.uk/udp.asp?cat=11&subcat=&make=&model=&udp=1131url) i can get em cheaper.

what y'all reckon it will look like on a 40mm drop rater than 60mm??

itll probably look 20mm higher than 60mm :lol:

recon ull need sum arch work too what with ur wheels been et38

tbh it depends how hard u want the ride
60mm is gunna be harder + ull have to get aftermarket shocks 4 the 60mm springs

Thats the thing, do you want comfort or looks, 60mm looks mint but is harsh on the ride quality, 40mm is still pretty sound and the comfort is still good.
I would go for 40mm as an all rounder, but i think you are gonna struggly with et38 wheels.

40mm as an allrounder and arch work will almost definately be needed...

if i was you i would put 40mm on. i had a nova with konis all round and 40mm drop it looked cool and brilliant on the road.

im going to drop my ride by 40mm, and i want 15's on it. will i need to mod the arches? or is that only with a 60mm drop?

dont need ne arch mods for 60mm drop
providing the offset of the wheels is correct and also u have a mk2 nova
as there a tiny bit wider

just because you lower a car 60mm, doesnt mean it will handle better, will handle worse in fact :roll:
