Help, does anyone know where the connections go into for an after market 12v negative tachometer. The coil connections are a bitch to suss out! :evil:

The bottom right connector in the ignition coil is the tacho signal. Take live and earth from other wires behind the dash. That should be all it needs to work.

Nice one, i'll give it a go! I take it, its bottom right looking at it ( Wires going to the Distributer ). Hope so.....

Im still getting no love! The coil has 3 wires, red n black at the top going to the dist. and a single black at bottom going somewhere. Help!! Any clues would be cool :roll:

ok, if yours is the same as mine you will have.....

A red wire in the top left connection, and a black wire below that..

Then, on the top right you should have a brown wire, and the connection below that should be empty... that is where you plug in your tacho signal wire.

If there is a wire already in its place and it is green then you already have a tacho signal and you just have to look in the loom behind your dash and you will probably find it taped up and not being used....
