err, had both needles nearly off the clocks but hey! that could mean anything with nova clocks.

most likely 110 max (showed 120 and 6000 odd rpm). didn't sustain it for long, the noise scared me :o

Also never had a 1.4 but I'll say it's probably about 135mph whilst beating a Skyline R33 and a Supra.
It probaby had a K&N filter, BB4 and an ecotek valve in my imagination aswell!!!

115, the clocks in the car in front also said 115 (New Civic 1.4) so it's probbaly about right. Somewhere around 5500RPM, wasnt really looking at the revs, more concerned with how much faster this guy was gonna go!

F*ck benji what box you got in there, my GSi will do 123mph on the limiter but I don't need hills to do it and it will get there instead of struggle for ages!

that was on a flat road. some people on another fourm didn't belive mt 1.4 wouldn't do 120. so i went to my local private road :wink: went down 1 junction but only managed just over 120, if i had continued i could of reached 130, ask my mate who was following me in his scooby down another strech of 'private road' i own in chesterfield, you could aslo ask the MG ZT 190 i was chasing, if you can find him :D


p.s. it's a 5 speed f10 from a 1.2,

well my 1.4 sr is standard and have had 116 on a flat , maybe a slite downslope. i was gonna really mod my engine, but ive decided to wait a cuple years for more no claims, and then get my self a 2.0 lump with calibra turbo. :lol:

my er 1.3sr did 112 easy in fourth before i hit my 6k rev limit. didn't have enough road to get into fifth.

thats without my B+ that is going in on monday. :D

i'v had mine off the clock, revs were in 7rpm,
and the car started to jump cause it wouldnt go any faster.
