I am after the above book but unfortunately it seems to be out of print.

I have been told (by migweb) that scans of which can be found on here.

Any ideas/help

Alrite, i got one a while ago (this time last year ?) got it from Eurosport Publications - 0116 2592640 cost ?22.50 inc P&P
As said might be out of print ? worth a call though.
Well worth ?22.50 if you can get one.
