cally turbo in a chevette?

im sellin my nova soon to be replaced by a 1.7 chevette on twin 40's, thought it would be a nice step up from the nova and i really like the old skool style of the chevette.
So how easy do you think it would be to but a turbo lump into one?

they are lovely cars. ive allways wanted a HSR. look mean as fek with there wide arches and sound the dogs too on twin 45 dellortos :wink:

id keep it on carbs mate. much more suiting to the car. go for an xe on 45s. can get a hell of a lot of power from that engine without a turbo. i have a mate with one in his rally car with 270bhp RESTRICTED as it was too arse endy with the power it had before.

its still the loudest (and nicest) sounding engine ive ever heard
