Ive just got my self a digi dash and was wondering if they ere a pain to fit? can i fit it my self wi limited tech knowlege? its the 1 wi the spike in the rev counter?

Its not really a pain if you've got a mk2 dash as its easier to get it to fit into a mk2 dash.

Basically get hold of the dash, the 2 plugs at the back and some loom on each of the plugs, and the correct transducer for the dash.

Cut off your old speedo plug and its basically match the wires colour for colour...undo your old speedo sender on the gearbox and plug in the transducer, and run those wires through to behind the dash and wire them up.

Then you have to modify your dash to fit the digi dash in, just bend the metal bars to get the dash in and then put them back to where they were.

Thats about all i think....

total vaux did a good guid a few issues ago
also mate if u get a dash and want it fitted pm chris 16v and ask if he'll fit it 4 u
he did mine id be happy to drive up there with u if u want
