More dials needed on my TD!

I have the dials from a GTE dash (oil prussure and voltage) can i put these in my TD dash that just has the warning lights like the mk2 SR's?

Sorry I wasnt very clear. i ment just putting the small dials for oil pressure and voltage in to the rest of the TD dials.

Rev Counters are not different at all, but thats besides the point.

No you can't fit the dials in becuase the circuitry on the back won't allow you to connect them up. I had this idea a while agon as well. You need a new Oil pressure sender as well for the pressure gauge. The voltmeter however can be removed and installed wherever you like as it only needs a + and - connection to work, for example I stuck mine above the fusebox. (gonna move it though)

im sure the rev counter on the TD only went up to 6000 while GTEs went to 7000

just get all the dial's from the gte/gsi and fit them still in the housing. no need to mess about then.

you need a mk2 tracking and mk2 guage holder... i did it on my old sr clocks with gsi bits

hes doing just over 6 grand in 5th with an F20

with 195/50/15's on he's going 130mph which should be the last notch on the scale not away down there pointing at the MPH
