gte 1.6 into carb car prob

ive just done a conversion and everything seems to be in order.
the problem is it wont start the starter is turning but its not firein up petrol is going it and timing is good but ?
is there something i have missed on the carb loom that needs modding?

sill question but you get the return and send fuel lines the right way round?
