bad boy bonnet how to

hey guys does anyone know how to do a badboy bonnet ive got my ideas but just not sure on what metal to use :D and how to do it :D cheeers for help

I was thinking I could always drill 4 holes in a sheet of metal rivet it to the front of the bonnet then weld it on and smoouth the welds wonder if thatd work well if I get paid somme money 2moz think ill try it :D
