nocking noise

hi all got a nocking noise on my steering just wondering how easy is it 2 change the streering rack and uj under the dash?? thnks

is it a knocking noise on the steering? or a knocking noise when steering? If it is a knocking noise when steering you will probably be looking at CV joint (s).

yeh i though the same just wanted 2 make sure b4 i change it..how easy is it 2 do this??

so does the noise come from the steering or just happen when you are steering?

when u steer it sounds like the u.j under the dash..how hard is it 2 replace

i wouldnt have though it would be the UJ mate tbh. Is it when you are turning the wheel, or does it do it when you have turned the wheel and turning a corner before releasing the wheel back to the relaxed position?

only happens when goin on full lock and quater turn after full lock if u get me

how can you go a quarter of a turn past full lock?
