if i wanted 2 get a private plate i cant go ova the reg of my car can I??

(E.G) so if i had an F reg car i couldnt but an L reg plate on could i??

Thats correct..

you are not allowed to make the vehicle appear to be newer than it actually is

if u want a plate starting with L u could always use the old old prefix plates

like LLL 111L
