custom exhaust

how did you make this as i want them on my abyss bumper, but dont know where to start?

i bought all the pipe from powerflow
altho they did the striagh thrpug pipes i did the extra pipe
basically cut a hole in the pipe and cut the new pipe at diferent angles to get it under the sare wheel well and welded them 2gether
then welded a hanger on t'other to hold the new pipe and welded on the tail pipes bought from power flow it doesnt kick out as much fumes as the origional side

i also went round all the joints with firegum exhaust paste just to make sure its seeled then i sprayed over the fire gum with metalic paint just to hide the white paste a bit

i think thats everything

yeah the origional front box and back box of the magnex system were to quiet so they had to go

so it one pipe comming from the manifold, to the end?

if u speak to chris 16v he did his another way so that the second box blows out more fumes

my GTE has no pipe work on at the moment, as iv just had the tansplant! started it up to see if it will work and that was loud!

does it sound like theres no piping on it!

no it sounds like theres pipe there + the cherry bomb silence is still on

ive had a striaght through exhaust for two years
and
1. never had ne trouble with the old bill
2. its past two mot's with out so much as a recomendation to quieten it down

ive even said to the testers was a bit worried bout the exhaust they said
well its not blowin and it passed emisions

mine was origionally a full system magnex and was on when i bought the car
so the only place i can surgest is magnex or custom eg powerflow and see what they say
i was told to leave mine on as this is what gives it the tone
