Reds are top of the world !!

Liverpool Football Club has risen to TOP spot in the latest world club rankings released by CNN and World Soccer.

The Reds moved up four places, knocking European Champions Bayern Munich off the number one slot.

Manchester United are the only other British side ranked in the top ten,while Liverpool's forthcoming Champions League opponents Borussia Dortmund have entered the chart in 10th place.

The top ten in full is:

4. Real Madrid
5. Valencia
6. AS Roma
7. Manchester United
8. River Plate
9. San Lorenzo
10. Borussia Dortmund

I'm from down South ...Slough, Berkshire.
I've always supported Liverpool, its the first game I ever saw on TV, Merseyside derby and I just liked Red from an early age!
(I was about 4 !!)
I've been up to Anfield a couple of times...

I honestly rate L'pool to win the European Cup!

how come Rotherham United aint on that list??
they are in the 1st division now you know...
fair enough they aint won a game yet this season i dont think but hey... they my local team so i will give em a bit of support from time to time... not much fun to watch em play - its hardly creative flowing football.
I'd have to say Liverpool were my fave team..
but i wouldn't go all the wy out there to watch em play.
