water temp on 1.6 gte

can anyone with a 1.6 gte run there car and watch the water bottle. Does it bubble up before the fan kicks in? !!OR!! if your a real gem for me so as the fan kicks in tell me the temp it kicked in?

Would be so much help, mine kicks in but when the water is bubblin and really f*ckin hot n not sure if this is right?

sounds like your thermostat is fcuked mate, it shouldnt bubble, that means that it is boiling, the fan is supposed to stop that!! it should kick in at about 60-70 i reckon...
