iv got a 1991 Mk2 it was a 1L but not has a 1.6i in, so which brace do i need

1.6i

im thinking they have the pictures the wrong way round

the bottom one will be as it say becuase the bend in it is where the carb would be.

i have just bought that bottom one mate and it came today. I presume that you got those off ebay, in which case they are probably from the same seller..
I have a 1.2 and the one he has advertised as being for a 1.3 fitted mine no probs, and i reckon that it would fit any nova. The one he has advertised for a 1.6 engine i reckon would probably only fit some novas because of the position of the airfilter whereas the 1.3 one runs along the bulkhead and so should fit any. To be safe i would get the 1.3 one, though he does offer a refund if they dont fit.

the sellers name is Strutbracer right....in that case i bought it on the buy-it-now on Monday, paid instantly and it came lunchtime today.
