it really depends on what u want to do with it mate, i had a bash at it myself and ended up wi this, http://memimage.cardomain.com/member_images/3/web/591000-591999/591959_65_full.jpg
its taken a good amount of time to do it,
^^^^^^ should look good when sprayed up, altho it will take a lot of finish work, cus when its sprayed you will see all imperfections..
supernova86> have you got any pics of your work in progress so we can comment on that??

its diffrent and i like it
it all depends on what you plan to do. If you just want to change a couple of bits then respraying plastic parts (or dying the vynal spongy bits) can look okay (see spiderman pic above). If however you wanna mod the entire dash that can take a lot more work. You need to plan it carefully - mainly so it will fit back in and also so the relocated dials/heater bits etc will fit or will reach to their new relocated homes and wont rattle about.
I suggest getting an old dash and using it as a template - remove the vynal so youre left with the firm compressed card stuff and metal sub frame and then build on that.
I plan to totally change my dash but its gonna take time. Mind you I;m not using my Nova at the mo. It all depends on whether you are still using the car (minimal mods to dash) or dont mind removing the dash completely (mad dash modder!)
