I know pretty much all the specs of the fast Corsas on CorsaSport and I can say they still have no chance.

Only Corsa worth a challenge would have been Lucky B's 2.1 16v TB's 280bhp fast as fap.

0-60 4.9 seconds blah blah blah

But that is owned by someone that no longer uses CorsaSport so the likelyhood of getting it to a event is slim.

i am organising the novas for this with beardy and still in very early planning, although it is looking like it will be only the 10 fastest novas needed, and possibly next year for the event

basically only cars that are capable of very low 13s or 12s as we want to properly humiliate them

also discussed maybe a quartermile day like rb v nl so everyone can take part and maybe use it as a qualifying for the main event which we would like to see at bruntingthorpe with timing gear

And mine! It's only a 1.3, but i'd be up for thrashing some stock GSI Corsa's, and playing with the SRI's :D

EDIT: Just read ian's post.. Okay maybe not me, but i'd like it to be around the start of the show season next year, so i can at least attend.

this sounds like a good event and to put the criticism of nova's beta than corsa's or the other way around to rest we all no the nova is the winner but shall we all jst prove the point to the corsa owners jst one more time?
