fitting lowered springs ??

i have a set of new lowered springs i purchased off ebay a while back also a new set of rear shocks are they hard to fit or do i need a garage to fit them ??

they arent hard to fit the rears are very easy, the fronts you will need a set of spring clamps to get the springs off.
