Im looking at getting a set of cams for my nova, what is everyone else using and are there any you would recommend.

what use and what final drive you use?

it will be used as a track car and maybe the odd trip to work, not sure what the final drive is but im using the f20 box that came with the cav gsi the engine came out of.

it will depend on whether your doing it properly and going to fit solid follower profiles. But the best profiles wont fit straight in- you'll need to modify the spring seats in the head and pocket the pistons due to the increased lift at TDC

I have had good results from BP300 Piper solid profiles, as well as Swindon VPO07 profiles (but the 7s would be bit overkill).

If you want to stay with hydralic profiles then try QED hydralic profile.
