Guys I found a place who sells bonnet skin for Nova http://www.quadconversions.com/Vauxhall_nova_bonnet_vent.htm
I do want one but I am concerned how it is going to look like on mine one! I have Saloon... Certainly do not want to look chavish!!! The other thing is I just want a plain one, no vents at all!!!! Does anyone know what is it made off. Dont want to add too much weight to my car!

Thinks its a 1 piece fibre glass skin.

yeah m8, it is deff made of fiberglass.

you say you want a plain one??? will that be just for the badboy bonnet if so go to www.corsacentre.com they sell just the end bit that you can either bond on to your grill or smooth onto your bonnet, much cheaper than the bonnet skin aswell.

its grp (fibre glass). its designed to bond on to ur exsisting bonnet skin. itll weigh about 3 - 4 kg. bear in mind it will still need a small amount of work doing around the edges to make it look well when fitted.

so for the price of the skin, fitting etc... someone could weld a lip on the front off ur exsisting bonnet n sort it for around the same price and ur bonnet will be flush with the wings rather than proud like the skin.

it would be even cheaper if you did it urself.

One thing if you fit bad boy lip to it then how do you open your bonnet!?!?! It will make it impossible to reach release leaver... :?

no u can still reach it - just. ur f**ked if uv got big fat sausage fingers thought coz its a tight squeeze. u can always modify the lever though which is quite easy.

Or remove the lever completely - ok if you have bonnet pins.
