head gasket

can anyone give me instructions to change a head gasket on a 1.6 gte or a site. wanna try it myself to see if i can do it.

Any help would be great.

Also are 1.6 engine noise alot different to a 1.2. Obviously they are faster but will it sound it by the engine? Think mine sounds a bit to meaty to make me think something is up?

do you have a haynes manual?

They do sound louder as in induction noise, The air box and flow meter on those do have a meaty sound even more so if its got a cone filter on.
