right i no wot to do ect lads but all the places ive got the info off have used astra disks and cav gsi calipers ,, so wot im asking is ( is this because the cav 8v ones dont fit or have different caliper mounts ect.
cheers lads i no u no ur stuff as uve helped me out so many times b4 andso the nova is coming along nicely
P.S. Iwas thinking that the reason they didnt use the 8v one is because the disks arent vented but the ones im geting are after market ones off me m8

k coz i no the calipers are cool as there not the abs type so good good

i got to no dpnova and so hes cool ie i will probs come to a few meets with him in the future

yeah they are same, not sure about early 2.0 8v models though.

all 2.0 cavs had ATE 256x24mm disks same as the astra gte 16v

Cavalier 2.0 8V '87 - '88 are AC type, NOT the same as Astra GTE. these are what I run on my Nova. The discs are the same as the Astra GTE though.
