I have studs on mine, nowt needs doing you just spin them into the block then drop the head over, they are far better and stop the sphincter worrying cracks you get when you tighten normal head bolts down. Also you save money in the long run as you can reuse them. Rick

rick, did you just put your studs in hand tight and then torque up the nuts or do you have to torque the studs in and the nuts?

I fitted them as the instructions said! Think it was to fit them tight by hand but make sure they are right the way in. Rick
