Best thing about those comments is that none of them heavily slagged off the Nova. There were a couple of digs, but the majority of people said fair play to the Nova owner.

Take note guys, other forums admit defeat so, why do some posts on this forum turn into a slagging match when someone comes along saying they beat a Nova?

Fair play on the chap in the Evo for posting it on their forums though - I wonder how many of use would post if we got whipped by a standard(ish) looking 106 or Paxo with 4 occupants?!

the guy is a pretty decent fella, spoke with him a few times on ClioSport and he said hes seen a 2ltr tubs nova going round that he was trying to avoid! lol

About a year ago I had a play with a VTS, I always thought they were nippy but never been side by side with one. This one kept with me until 135mph then i started pulling away (on the private road). I proceeded to pull over and he said "what the f uck have you done to that?" I told him it was a valver and he asked how much it cost to do. He reply that he had ?2500 in his engine alone. :lol: I was very worried at first, we were matched perfectly.

That is class!!! if you read to the end there's a guy that had a run in with a dark blue turbo with a private plate - BEASTY!!, has to be. Says he got past at 145 but I reckon thats only because beasty's quaiffe box tops out around that point!

oh, funniest thing ever last night...was out in my cousins festa (hey, my Nova aint on the road yet!) and we had a dabble wiht a Ferrari 360 Modena!!

what a f ucking car!

no kidding...the ferrari pulled up next to us so we thought we'd have a bit of grin so my cousin is topping out his revs next to him (with his longlife exhaust :lol: haha) and the lights go green and floors it off the lights...

ferrari just stays there and we go shooting off...see this f ucking thing overtake us! the noise was awesome...we might aswel have been reversing, lol

will have to get one of them too I think :roll: :lol: lol
