they are standard mk1 head lights and they have found a way to open them up and fit the angel eye lights(which u can get from halfords for about 30 or so quid) and wire them up to the side lights and remove the side light bulb out of the headlight

and thats basicaly it

i read somewhere (can't remember exactly where) that angel eyes on nove headlights, whether it be mk1 or mk2, weren't road legal, for show use and the likes of that only. someone please correct me if i'm wrong

Also they wouldn't look that good as the nova lens has diamond cuts on the back to disperse the light.

You need 'clean' glass to show a proper angel eye.

Need to post a pic on here....wait..........searching.........found..... .

you can see that they are all distorted. Not too bad though, just think it's a bit silly for a nova, unless you have clear lensed lights. (golf twins)

this is quite interesting, what with the build yourself lights and all. Anyone completed it yet? How would you go about fitting the angel eyes to nova lamps? I mean how would they wire up etc? I think they look preety mean myself.

They probably will fail MOT.

But you got a set from a scrappie to try it on, if it works you have a converted set and a MOT set. Just swap em.

Been pulled once with my clears and warned so I've bought some black one's but still need red reflectors. Might put them on before I get fined. Again.
