FUEL RELAY/PUMP,clutch cable???

rite in the middle of doin my a 16v conversion ive used a 1.3 sr loom and added the 16v loom,as u no the 1.3 sr loom does not have the wires comin out where the rear cluster part of the loom is for the fuel pump!! ive got the pump workin but it continuse its not pulsin like it should?? the way ive done it is to put a 12v feed from the perm live on the relay in to the blue/red that goes to the pump!! how do u get so it just whirls up for a short time like when ur supposed to turn the key?? also has anyone had problems with inlet manifold gettin in way of the clutch cable bung??cause it just wont go in the hole and sit straight like it should???please help!!!!it aint to far from completion!!!!

hii. on the 16v loom there should be a medium thickness red/blue wire. this is the switched feed for the fuel pump. you will see t at the relay aswell but it should exit the loom elsewhere.

as for the clutch, one of the things you're meant to do is bent the clutch cable hole in the bulkhead so it points further down and more twards the gearbox to solve the problem you are having. you ight have bother doin this ith the engine in though.......
