i have a vauxhall nova GTE 1.6 and i want to get a set of 17 inch rims on it could i do this or would i have to get some work do if so how much do i need to get it done? Do u lot think that the League velocity wheels will look nice on it, if not what wheels would? :roll:

depends on the et m8, (these guys will tell u correct et) if the et is ok then you may have to get the back arches flared and maybe cut at the inner arch,

i think you should try bikecly wheels as this has never been done the wheel spin shoud be funny

I think for 17's you go down to an offset of ET45- ET49 is the standard offset . I read somewhere that you need close to the correct offset for wider/bigger wheels.
Maybe wrong though.

yes because think of the arch and how much room is in that gap, if you have a wide wheel but it fits and you think yeh nice alloys, then you turn a courner and your wheel is pushing into your arch
