Finally i get my car bak 2moz after the old bill havin it 4 over a week now i was well lost witout my baby?

coz some d**k reversed in2 me a drove to a police station and said i hit him and drove off so after cheaking out the damage i was on my way home and the nxt minute police everywhere.They arrest me and do me for criminal damage.

yer hopfully the car should be bak on the road within a day or so.but wit the police not sure yet im on bail at the mo

Where did the incident happen? have you actually been charged with anything? Do the police have video footage of the bump?

Do you know the guy? it all sounds a bit suspect, I would have thought the police would have to look into the incident before charging you.

Did you not give them your side of the story? Surely if they have arrested you for criminal damage purely on what the guy has told them, then he should be arrested aswell if you have told them it was him that reversed into you and left the scene.
