iv got some plans for the 1.6i
turbo it
chiped ECU
up-rated clutch
wizard of nos twin bottle 50 shot jets
I am attempting to do a 1.6i too.
gonna fit the motor tonight.
Are there any differences between a 1.6 flywheel and a 1.2/1.4 flywheel?
I will be using a 1.2 5 speed box as this gives close 1st 2nd and 3rd but longer 4th and 5th for motorway. Ill get the code off it tonight.

the chip would be a waste of time with the turbo lol
spend your ?300 on a 5th injector setup which will be much better for the engine

1600 flywheel is definetly bigger, as far as i know you can't use the smaller flywheel with the 1600 or vice versa.
nice 1 mate good luck with it
yeah the flywhell is bigger and you cant use the small one on the 1.6 and i dont think the gearbox will be any use think your gonna have to get a gte/gsi box
think u can use an sri 1 aswell
and the clutch i think
