exhaust hit kerb when reversing

and now the blady things is blowin from the down pipe i think what could of happend ???

do i need new down pipe or just need tightening?

depends, you may have just knackered up the gasket, or bent and cracked the pipe somewhere. just have to get it in the air and have a shufty.

a friend of mine did that a month back. it kinked somewhere around the centre n bent a joint open. he had to take it off n straighten it.
