Would this offset be painful on a Nova lowered 40mm ?

They are 7.5" wide too...

Would arch rolling help ?

How would the car handle with them on ?

erm not good esp at 7.5" wide lol

i think CP runs a high 30's offest but hes got 7" wheels with slicks or straight toyos.

it will need some hefty arch work

how about 16" x 7.5" wheels with ET45 offset on a Nova ?

these are about the right offset arent they for 16s...

would the width still be a big problem ?

The first lot will be sticking out of the arches, I used to have ET38 14"s that were 6" wide and they rubbed the arches, but the ET45s should fit ok, would prob need the arch rolling but it's no big deal.
