low tempreture

my tempreture seems to be running really low.

a couple of weeks ago it was running at just over a 1/4 on the guage but now it barely moves ive checked connection and water all ok! when sat in trafic it does rise but not how is used to. what could be the problem?

Not really sure, you could try replacing the sensor but to be honest if your car's not over-heating that's a good thing!
