but with this bumper.....

http://img2.photobucket.com/albums/v11/gary_white/progress/front_with_cooler2.jpg

was kinda lookin for the kaddett c rallye style,

http://img2.photobucket.com/albums/v11/gary_white/progress/Kadett_C_Coupe_GTE_a.jpg

colours are brocade yellow (mk3 astra colour) and ash black

or m3 dakar yella and a solid black,

think i prefer the solid black.

with split rims in black to match the body, but with polished lips and bolts

the outside 2 tone will be echoed on the inside, top yella, bottom black, and carried along the dash and seat backs and the roll cage.

engine will also be yellow and black.

opinions please.......

Go for the metallic black if the top half is gonna be metallic and gloss black if the top half is gonna be gloss.

It looks nice, but how nice will it look in a few years time? I get the feeling that the 2 tone paint jobs are a bit of a flash in the pan, like tiger stripes, 3 spokes, jap bodykits, venoms, neons and chromed rims (imo).

A colour I looked at for my old Nova was a old 70's paint - it was black with gold / bronze / copper metallic in it (not metalflake) and it looks the dogs.
The only reason I didn't it was because it had to be imported from the states as it was a paint code for US cars!!

Just a few ideas.

looks nice ryan,

but i agree with jules, i think that its just a tran that will go out of fassion.
imo your other opsion would look SWEET, the BT van gray this anthite(i cant spell it  ) wheels and bumpers as i have NEVER seen a car with that colour sceam.

But at the end of the day its your car and you should go with somthing that you like not some one else because your the one who will be driving it!

cheers nam

my Evo is a similar colour to that, it looks black, but in bright sunshine, there's gold/blue/red, I love it.

rekon some sort of metal flake black anthresite with highly polished small rims would look retro cool rims like the old bbs's that you got on golf gti's?
