Is it your own name, or named driver.
Any NCBs.
Seems like a sound deal. :+:

Is this on the 1.2 nova in your sig.

They won't like that! My bro was with them+called them to see what he would have to pay extra if (cough..) he fitted a body kit-they said he'd have to end his current insurance with them (9 months worth) and start a new policy! They wouldn't just upgrade it-i'm NEVER gona go with them. I'm with drivers choice insurance-19, 1 years NCB, H plate GSI modded, ?986 TPFT-i think thats pretty damn good :D
The next cheapest was Tesco at ?1300 :o

i called LV after 6 months of a policy and told em i'd swapped my 1.0 engine for a 1.4

they ticked the "engine mods" box and stuck another ?9 on my budget account for the year

for the price of declaring your bodywork u may as well just tell them - saves any hassle in the future

oh and before other folk jump in i do know its getting harder and harder to get the "engine mods" style policys like the one ive got but there are still a good few folk on here with them so it cant be all bad :P

i got a quote off liverpool victoria they were shit was gonna be nearly a grand for my 1.4 sr fully comp which is delocked alarmed and has fuel pump deadswitch. aswell as mods which will eventually be on it. that was well expensive so tried norwich union
with a pass plus and everything above fully comp ?560.
now i cant really complain at that. andreas's is ?875!
so im gonna get it sorted for 1st august ready for me test

On elephant.co.uk I got a quote of ?420 on my GSi fully comp with all mods declared, protected NCB and ?0 excess - not bad, I'll use that as a reference for use when renewal time comes up later this year.
Also I managed to get a quote of ?480 on a Astra SRi Turbo with the same clauses - only ?60 more for a car that's 10 years newer and has pretty much twice the power!!
